"Remember how the cats used to make stinkies (cat spray) until they went to the kitty doctor.  Then the cats came back with stiches on their pee pees because the doctor took away their what-do-you-call-its?"  I replied "You mean their testicals?  That's what the males have that allows them to make the stinkies."   My daughter glanced at her dad then whispered "Dad doesn't make stinkies, did he go to that doctor too?"
