My daughter was telling me a long story about something I had already about from her teac  Toward the end she said "And do you know what happened next?"  In the mood to tease her, I said "I knwo exactly what happened next" and went on to complete the story.  My daughter just stared in wonderment at me and gasped "Mommy you must be psycho or something."
