My daughter, Jodi,  went to a sleep over at her friend's house.  There were five little girls and after playing dress up, they decided to go around the room sharing which boys they were going to marry from school - Dylan, Josh, Max.  My daughter went last, and confident she would out do all of them she proudly announced "I'm going to get married in the Magic Kingdom, and my groom will be Mickey Mouse."

Nine year old big sister, Isabella, developed a crush on a sweet little boy at church named Charlie. This did not sit well with her younger brother, Noah. At a church function, Charlie tried to sit beside Isabella. Noah slid in between them, looked at Charlie, who was a good 6 inches taller than Noah, and said, "There is nothing to see here, buddy, so just move it along."

A little girl in my Kindergarten class, Grace, recently asked "Miss Danielle, do you have a boyfriend?"   "No" I replied.  "Well, you need to find a hot boyfriend" Grace advised.  Laughing I replied "Yes, I know. Where do I find one of those?"  With a serious look on her face Grace responded "Probably Disney World or California. My mom said there are boys that walk around in bikini's there."

After school one day, Eythen excitedly blurted out "Great news Mommy, Brylee invited me to my first sleepover!"  Concerned I asked "Who is Brylee?"  "She's a girl  in my class, Eythen responed nonchalantly."  Doing a bad job of hiding my shock I replied "She? You're not spending the night at a girl's house."   Pondering the situation for a moment, Ethyen replied undaunted "I have a great idea, I'll take my tent and sleep in it at her house. Then it's like I am not even there."  "Nice try.
